PURPOSE:To ensure a constant level of the current which flows to a stabilized power supply circuit and to obtain the good saturating characteristics although the ambient temperature has a change, by having a direct connection between two differential amplifiers and at the same time using said stabilized power supply circuit. CONSTITUTION:A current I0 flows to a constant current circuit 36. If the characteristics of the circuit 36 is identical to that of the constant current circuits 33, 34 and 35 respectively, the collector current of each of these circuits is equal to the current I0. For the differential amplifiers 27 and 28, the collector current equals to I0/2 for the transistors 40, 41, 45 and 46 respectively. The amplifier 27 functions as a current mode limiter. The collector output waveform of the transistor 40 is equal to A' when a large signal is supplied to an input terminal 1. Thus the saturated waveform is very good. On the other hand, a stabilized power supply 26 a temperature inclination with which the current value of the constant current circuits 33-36 is constant to the temperature change. Thus the stabilized voltage is delivered from a power supply terminal 3. |
