The winder is for a watering hose rolled on a rotating djum on a shaft. The frame has a U shaped guide bar, the legs of which have shaft supports and two rollers. The shoe is a U tube and keeps the wheels above the ground when the free end of the guide bar legs (13,14) rest on it.
