PURPOSE:To enhance capability of running on a rough surfaced road and reduce vibrations of a vehicle body, by rotating rotary arm bodies each of which has at least three arms capable of stretching and contracting in accordance with angles of rotation. CONSTITUTION:The vehicle body 1 is provided with four rotary arm bodies 2, one pair at the left and right of a front part of the body 1 and the other pair at he left and right of a rear part of the body 1. Each of the arm bodies 2 is so fitted that it can be freely rotated around a rotary shaft 3 provided in the horizontal direction. The arm bodies 2 are totated by a motor, and grounding members 7 provided at tip parts of the arms 4 sequentially come in contact with the road surface 8, whereby the vehicle body 1 is traveled. Each of the arms 4 is provided with an angle detector, and it is stretched or contracted according to the rotation of the arm body 2 to maintain the vehicle body 1 at a fixed height. |
