A compressor is composed of a housing (1) equipped with a compression mechanism portion and a cover body (10) having a fitting portion, the housing has a suction cavity (3) communicating with a suction chamber (6) and a discharge cavity (4) communicating with a discharge chamber (8) on a peripheral surface thereof, the suction cavity (3) and the discharge cavity (4) are closed up tightly by fitting the cover body (10) to the housing (1), and the fitting portion is made to communicate with the suction cavity and the discharge cavity, respectively. <IMAGE> |
