Roller-blind casing which can bear loads, is built by the precast reinforced concrete construction method, has an approximately U-shaped cross-section, seen in the longitudinal direction, and, for the purpose of improved heat insulation while maintaining the load-bearing capacity, is provided with a load-bearing inner shell, which forms one of the U-legs and most of the connecting web, and with a non-load-bearing screen which forms the other U-leg and is joined to a connecting part via a heat-insulating-material layer located therebetween.
