PURPOSE:To manufacture a thin-wall pipe having a stable shape and a stable size, by extruding a molten material in tube form from a nozzle, press-bonding a reinforcing material to said pipe just before a die lip and taking it up under a constant tension. CONSTITUTION:A molten material M flows through a nozzle hole 14 to a die lip 15 under an extruding pressure and just before it arrives to the die lip 15, a reinforcing material R introduced through a guide passage 17 and supplied on its outside peripheral face is press-bonded to the material M, biting its surface due to the extruding pressure. A wall of a shaped pipe P is released from the extruding pressure, moved along an inside peripheral face of a forward extending die ring 16, being taken up under a constant tension and the reinforcing material R is perfectly press-bonded and fixed within the pipe P during this time, then immediately cooled by a forming cooler 3. |
