PURPOSE:To retain the optimum condition without being lost even after a set switch is changed by automatically rewriting the cutting speed condition stored in an NC tape command into the optimum condition obtained by an override switch operation. CONSTITUTION:A spindle rotating speed is set at the optimum value by an operation of a switch 3 under the command of a tape during the work. When the cutting condition of the optimum feed speed has been obtained by changing a switch 4, the tape content can be automatically rewritten by pushing a key switch 2 for changing the work condition, thereby a tape with the optimum conditioncan be easily prepared. Moreover, a tape, by which many tools are used, can be finished during the work so as to meet the optimum conditions for individual tools. |
