CLIP FASTENER FOR WIRE MEMBERS ADJACENT TO EACH OTHER

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure by separating the device for forming a clip from the hoop material from the device for caulking the wire members adjacent to each other with the clip while providing means for carrying the clip between both devices. CONSTITUTION:A crank shaft 12 rotary driven by a motor 6 is provided on a cutter/bender 4 equipped with a wheel 3 where the roller 17 will feed the hoop material intermittently by the predetermined amount through a pushing rod 16 while the other crank 13 will move the cutting/bending lower die 24 downwardly thus to work the hoop material M between the cutting upper die 25 and the bending upper die. The clip 34A applied with the bending is fed to the part feeder 53 provided on the caulking device 36. The part feeder 53 will feed the clip 34A while arranging through a direct advance feeder 56 into the guide 46 of the caulking lower die 45 while the caulking lower die 45 will move up and down by means of the crank shaft 44 thus to caulk the clip 34A between the upper die 51 where the wire materials 63, 64 are placed.
