PURPOSE:To simplify manufacturing process and improve productivity by pushing lugs of a plate group to a connecting metal plate covered with solder and solder, and combining them by heat generated by electrically charging a high- frequency heating coil. CONSTITUTION:Each plate group is inserted into each compartment of a monoblock container 1, and lugs 5 and 7 of plates are held upside down by turning 180 deg.. A ceramic holder 16 with a concavity in the top and having a high-frequency heating coil 10 is arranged and iron connecting plates 18 and 18' covered with solder and solder 19 and 19' are put in the concavity. The lugs 5 and 7 are pushed to the connecting plates 18 and 18' and the coil 10 is electrically charged to combine them with solder. The lugs of plates having the same polarity and lugs of plates having different polarity of adjacent cells are easily and surely connected. Since automatic connection is easy, productivity is increased. |
