In order to reduce the number of parts forming the metal framework (1), to lessen the mounting complexity and to shorten the mounting time, the metal framework (1) comprises four prefabricated corner parts (2) which are at least the same height as the storey and, for their part, are connected to one another by two horizontal load-bearing members (9) with supports (11) arranged therebetween.
