PURPOSE:To make a high-precision control possible, by gathering temporarily detection data in a slave station provided for every group of detectors and transmitting detection data from every slave station to a master station. CONSTITUTION:Detection signals X1, X2, and X3 of detectors D1, D2, D3 are inputted to the first slave station L1 through A-D converters AD1, AD2, and AD3 added to this slave station L1. Each of slave stations L1-Ln consists of common busses of a data bus, an address bus, and a control bus for connection to a microprocessor and an ROM/RAM connected to these busses. A-D converters AD1-ADn are connected to common busses in slave stations. Slave stations L1-Ln are connected to a master station M by communication circuits C1-Cn. The slave-station side of communication circuits C1-Cn is connected to slave stations L1-Ln by terminal devices CL1-CLn in the slave station side, and the master-station side of these circuits is connected to the master station M by terminal devices CM1-CMn in the master station side. |
