PURPOSE:To inspect a short circuit between electrodes easily by using zebra rubber, by forming a terminal at every other signal electrode on a quadruple matrix panel substrate. CONSTITUTION:Check terminals 1A and 5A, and 4A are formed for alternate electrodes 1, 3 and 5, and 2 and 4. A connector is connected to the check terminals 1A and 5A, and 4A to check short circuits between the electrodes 1 and 4, and 5 and 4. Then, the connector is connected to the electrodes 1, 3 and 5, and the check terminal 4A to check a short circuit between the electrode 3 and 4. Further, the connector is connected to the check terminal 1A and the electrodes 2 and 4 to check a short circuit between the electrodes 1 and 2. Then, the connector is connected to the electrodes 1, 3 and 5, and 2 and 4 to check the remaining short circuit between the electrodes 2 and 3. |
