Wall-plug combined drill and screw driver

The component for screwing plugs into panels of porous and/or friable material, especially material based on gypsum, foam or aerated concrete, consists of a plug-insertion-sleeve (12) with outer threading (10). The insertion-hole is drilled by a drill (20). A screw-driver (2) is inserted into the plug's (1) axial opening (14). The drill (20) and screw-driver (2) are in one piece and have a cross-sectional shape such that it goes into the plug's (1) axial hole (14). The screw-driver has an and stop (26) for restricting the depth to which it penetrates into the plug (1). A coupling-section (22) transmits force onto the plug (1).
