PURPOSE:To produce an uniform current on a surface of a cylindrical surface heating substance and to prevent heating of a partial part, by generating a swirling current in a heating flow path and regulating a swirling strength. CONSTITUTION:Through control of a regulating knob 13 of a branching ratio regulating means 9 corresponding to a feed water amount, a branching plate 12 is turned and set to a position where a part of a feed current is distributed to a first flow path 7 in a radius direction and the rest part to a second flow path 8 in a tangential direction. Thus, a current in a heating flow path 6 produces a swirling current, whose swirling strength is regulated, through a composition of an axial direction current from the first flow path 7 and a rotation current from the second flow path 8. This prevents th formation of a stagnating part of a current on a surface of a cylindrical surface heating substance 1 to produce an uniform current and a partial part from heating. Especially, if a swirling current strength is loosted in the case of a small amount, it enables accelerating of a surface belocity of flow, permits prevention of a partial boil whch is susceptible to occur in the case of a small flow amount, and allows the heat generating substance 1 to be prevented from damage. |
