<p>New thiophilic adsorption matrices comprising a hydrophilic polymer network to which divinyl sulphone groups are bound via an ether oxygen atom, or thioether sulphur atom or a nitrogen atom, and the divinyl sulphone groups are moreover bound to a ligand, which is an aromatic or heteroaromatic ring system consisting of one or more rings, which are optionally substituted, but do not comprise nitrile groups; a process for producing them, and a process for purifying immunoglobulin from a liquid using thiophilic adsorption matrices.</p> |
