PURPOSE:To increase the amount of air existing in interstices between constituent fibers and obtain the subject bulky product, excellent in cool sense of warmth and suitable as a material, etc., for surface materials of disposable diapers and clothing for operation by forming a nonwoven fabric into a special laminated structure. CONSTITUTION:The first spunbonded nonwoven fabric layer 1 in which filaments of 1.5-3 denier size are integrated and the first fused areas 3 of mutually fused filaments are placed at an interval and the second spunbonded nonwoven fabric layer 2 in which filaments of 1.5-3 denier size are integrated and the second fused areas 4 of mutually self-fused filaments are arranged at an interval are initially laminated. The resultant laminated sheet is then subjected to heating and pressurizing at an interval to fuse the filaments in the first spunbonded nonwoven fabric layer 1 to the filaments in second spunbonded nonwoven fabric layer 2. Thereby, the third fused areas 5 are provided to afford the objective product. |
