PURPOSE:To slant incident light to an optical axis of incidence, to irradiate a circumference centering on the optical axis with the light, and to improve versatility, by arranging a mirror support, holding a scanning mirror rotatably on one axis, rotatably on a circumference centering on the optical axis of incidence. CONSTITUTION:A rotating driving mechanism for a mirror 3 consists of a mirror support 4 for holding the mirror 3, a bearing 8 for supporting it, and a part 13 which supports the mirror support 4 and rotates on a circumference centering on the 1st laser light center axis 1. Laser light 2a traveling along the 1st axis is reflected by the mirror 3 to the 2nd axis as laser light 2b. After the mirror support 4 is slanted at the prescribed angle theta of the mirror 3, a large gear 13b fitted to an external frame 13a rotates through a small gear 13c coupled directly to a driving motor 13d through a coupling 13e, and consequently the mirror 3 while slanted at the angle theta rotates to irradiate the circumference, centering on the 1st laser light center axis 1, with the laser light. |
