PURPOSE:To obtain a signal voltage dividing circuit having high accuracy, by connecting another switch to a switch having the 1st and 2nd contacts and adding the holding capacitance to the joint between the 1st and 2nd switches obtained by combining the above-mentioned two switches and the capacitance. CONSTITUTION:The other end of each of the capacitances 8 and 15 having an earthed end respectively is switched to the 1st or 2nd contact 18 or 19 and 20 or 21 by means of the switches 7 and 14. The contact 18 is used for a signal input, and the contact 21 is earthed. Then a switch 24 is connected between the contacts 19 and 20, and a holding capacitance 17 is connected between the contact 20 and the earth. The switch 24 is controlled by a clock signal 9 so as to conduct when the switches 7 and 14 are connected to the contact 19 and the contact 20, respectively. Thus the signal transmission route is cut off by the switch 24 although the stress capacitance 22 of the switch 7 exists while the switch 7 is connected to the contact 18. As a result, no signal is delivered to a terminal 4. |
