PURPOSE:To elevate a target catching capacity and a target tracking capacity, by detecting that a side lobe has been locked, forcibly releasing the side lobe lock, and locking only a main lobe. CONSTITUTION:In case when a main lobe has been locked, a level comparator 9 outputs a prescribed output, a side lobe lock releasing and main lobe locking circuit 11 generates no output signal, an antenna 2 is driven only by an angle error signal outputted by a phase detecting circuit 7, and the main lobe lock is held. In case when a side lobe has been locked, outputs of the level comparator 9 and an antenna locking circuit 10 become ''0''. As a result, to the output of the side lobe lock releasing and main lobe locking circuit 11, the angle error signal for directing the antenna 2 in a prescribed angle direction is generated, the side lobe lock is released, and the main lobe is locked. |
