PURPOSE:To attain a long life of a belt, by forming a cushion rubber layer coating 50-90% sections of core wires in the upper peripheral part of the core wires further forming a compression rubber layers coating 10-50% sections of the core wires in the lower peripheral part of the core wires. CONSTITUTION:A cushion rubber layer 1 coats 50-90% the upper part in the periphery of core wires 3, while a compression rubber layer 4 coats 10-50% the lower part in the periphery of the core wires 3. Then a degree of coating for each wire 3 is most preferable in a range with the cushion rubber layer 1 to 60-70% the upper periphery of the core wire 3 while with the compression rubber layer 4 to 30-40% the lower periphery of the core wire 3. Here for a degree of coating with the cushion rubber layer 1 less than 50% the upper periphery of the core wire 3, large viscosity of the compression rubber layer 4 can not easily flow rubber at vulcanization to generate porosity around the wire core 3, while for the degree of coating above 90%, soft cushion rubber flows to the lower part of the core wire, and strength of the cushion rubber layer is decreased by heating at running of a belt to cause a short life. |
