PURPOSE:To enable a caller to speak to a desired recipient by providing a signal transmitter that can transmit plural kinds of mode in a telephone set of caller side and providing a controller that operates according to designated mode and a transmitter-receiver for repeating. CONSTITUTION:When a caller starts speaking, he holds up a hand set and inputs the telephone number of a recipient and calls a controller 11 through a switchboard 3. When the caller selects a speech mode by a signal transmitter 10 after calling, a corresponding signal is transmitted and received by the controller 11, and a designated mode is selected. In the case of speech mode, the circuit is connected to recipient's handset, connection is made to a wide area speaking device 12 in the case of a wide area speaking mode, and to a transmitter- receiver in the case of a designated recipient mode. In the case of a designated recipient mode, after connected to a transmitter-receiver 13, the transmitter- receiver changes the circuit to wireless communication, and performs speaking with a portable transmitter-receiver. |
