PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic welding device for film having high welding strength, which realizes a simultaneous cutting of outside of a welding part. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic welding device for film has a flat horn 1 which has a flat surface 1a at a tip end and forms a main parts of the device. The device also has an anvil roller 2 which has a protruding part on an outermost peripheral part 2a to be rotated compulsorily and slanted surfaces 2b and 2c between the outermost peripheral part 2a and an upper and a lower surface. In this constitution, two films 5 are sandwiched forcingly and moved successively between the flat horn 1 and the anvil roller 2, so that the film 5 is welded. In this instance, the protruding part of the outermost peripheral part 2a of the anvil roller 2 and the flat surface 1a at the tip end of the flat horn 1 are brought into contact with each other through a doubling part of the film 5, and then the doubling part of the film 5 is welded, and at the same time, an extra reamaining part 6 is cut down. |
