PURPOSE:To simultaneously form the delivery data for plural operators in charge in a short time, by converting classification data into synthesized voice data with some classification data thereof being used as a unit, and dividing the synthesized voice data constituting each classification data unit into a plurality of groups, and converting the each-group synthesized voice data simultaneously into voice signals. CONSTITUTION:The synthesized voice data of delivery data allotted to each channel are sequentially affixed thereto with a data number, for each data item, by a data distribution section 8, and are sequentially stored in a memory 9 for each phrase. In each-channel transmission/reception sections 10a to 10d, reading access for data readout is made, from the reception/transmission section 12 side, to the synthesized voice data in each-channel memory sections 9a to 9d. This data is sent to a voice signal converter 11 for conversion thereof into a voice signal, and the voice signal as converted is supplied to the reception/ transmission section 12 via the transmission/reception section 10. Simultaneously, a display lamp Pa to Pd provided at the storage position for the product involved is lit for display thereof. |
