PURPOSE:To wash clothes without using wasteful water and detergent while reducing the damage of the fabric. CONSTITUTION:A water level setting means 105 calculates the load applied to rotary blades 18 based on the pulse output from a pulse output means 101 and sets the water level in response to the calculated result before the washing process is started. A water feeding means 106 opens a water feed valve 13 to feed water to the set water level, and washing is started. A load change judging means 108 compares the drive output of a rotary blade driving means 24 with the pulse output from a pulse output means 101 and judges that an overload is applied to the rotary blades 18 when pulses preset for the drive output are not outputted. The water feed valve 13 is opened for a fixed period by an additional water feed means 109 to additionally feed water. |
