PURPOSE:To simplify structure, to reduce noises and to mount the cover of the upper section of a tank easily by extending a flange section for setting up the cover up to the upper section of sound insulating wall and bending the end section of the flange section so as to cover the upper outer circumference of the sound insulating wall. CONSTITUTION:The peripheral section of the flange 10 for mounting the cover of the tank 1 is extended up to a position covering the upper end of the sound insulating wall 11, and a bent section 10a bent at an interval 12 on the outer circumference of the sound insulating wall 11 is formed. The interval 12 between the bent section 10a and the sound insulating wall 11 interrupts the transmission of vibration and noises from the tank 1. A clamping seat 15 is fixed near the outer circumference of the cover 13 on the upper surface of the flange 10, and the cover 13 and the flange 10 are clamped and fastened by means of a U- shaped clamping fitting 16. Accordingly, structure is simplified, man-hour on production may also be decreased, noises are also reduced, the clamping fitting is simply mounted and demounted, and the cover can easily be clamped. |
