<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to reuse a recovered paint by providing a paint recovering tank having such a structure that air bubbles are not mixed in the recovered paint. CONSTITUTION:In a method for carrying out spray painting of a liquid paint in a closed chamber 21 in the closed system is recovered in a paint recovering tank 27 provided to a bottom part of said chamber 21 an paint mist floated in said chamber 21 is separated from air by a mist-air separator 24 to be recovered as well as the tank 27 is formed into such a structure that air bubbles are not mixed in the recovered paint. That is, in the tank 27, a drying preventing paint containing adhered paint is recovered without sucking air in the chamber 21. For example, prior to flow the drying preventing paint in the chamber 21 into a recovery tank 40, it is necessary to preliminarily introducing a paint having a composition same to that of the drying preventing paint into the tank 27 until the liquid level thereof is almost contacted with the lower end part of the floor surface 28. The paint free from air bubbles can be adjusted in the viscosity thereof and the reuse thereof is enabled.</p> |
