PURPOSE:To evade troubles with automatic punching operation by adding 5- 30wt% soft wood bleached kraft pulp to a form for an automatic punching and small-size judging guillotine, and increasing the paper strength with thermosetting resin. CONSTITUTION:A form having 64.0g/m<2> weight contains 5-30wt% soft wood bleached pulp NBKP and 70-90wt% hardwood bleached pulp, and 0.8wt% urea resin is added to reinforce the paper. Since the NBKP is long fiber, the leno is excellent and the internal bonding force is increased by the urea resin, so that tearing that originates from a hole part is prevented during a punching stage. This form has high paper force and hard burring characteristics. When a test of paper feeding regarding this punched form is performed by a ''Zerox '' 400 machine, troubles such as double transportation and imperfect paper feeding are eliminated. |
