摘要 |
PURPOSE:To conduct all operations automatically by conducting drivings in the axial and circumferential directions of a statvolt independently from each other in such a manner that the driving in the axial direction is conducted by a motor mounted on a rotary disc while the driving in the circumferential direction is conducted by a motor mounted on a fixed block. CONSTITUTION:A fixed block 6 is fixed by using the thread of a statvolt 1. A rotary disc 9 can rotate together with the insertion rod 8 of an ultrasonic probe, transmitting the rotation of a circumferential-direction driving motor 10 to the insertion rod 8. The disc 9 is fitted with an axial-direction driving motor 11, whereby the insertion rod 8 is driven vertically. Ultrasonic flaw detectors 13 and 14 give a pulse voltage to the ultrasonic probe 3, amplifying and delivering reflected waves or the like from a flaw. Drive controlling devices 15 and 16 control the rotation of the motors 10 and 11. An addition circuit 19 conducts the addition of an ultrasonic wave signal and a rotationl-angle signal and supplies the result to the axis Y of an X-Y recorder 20. An axial-direction position detector 18 detects the position in the axial direction of the insertion rod 8 and supplies the same to the axis X of the recorder 20 through the device 16. |
