PURPOSE:To enable protection against repeated overloads with a simple construction by rightly attaching a thick part formed on a center diaphragm to a body section through a seal member when subjected to an overload. CONSTITUTION:At the center of a body 21, a space is provided with a center diaphragm 22 and communicated to a part in which a pressure sensitive sensor 23 is provided. The space is communicated to both sides of the body 21 while seal diaphragms 24 and 25 are each provided on the respective sides thereof. A thick part 26 is formed at the center of the center diaphragm 22 and an O ring 27 is mounted at a part of the body 21 facing the part 26. Thus this thick part 26 is formed at least in a part of the center diaphragm 22 in such a manner as to seat on the body through a seal member when subjected to an overload. |
