PURPOSE:To realize a high-speed and optional change of the pickup direction, by fitting a reflector at the front of the lens of an image device, then turning the reflector without shifting the center point of the reflector. CONSTITUTION:When a pulse motor 6 is driven, a mirror support frame 3 turns toward an arrow A to the 1st fame body 4. As a result, a reflector 2 also turns toward the arrow A to the 2nd frame body 8. The body 4 turns toward an arrow B to the body 8 by driving a pulse motor 10. Thus the reflector 2 also turns toward the arrow B to the body 8. In this case, the rotary center axis l1 of the reflector 2 itself is orthogonal to the rotary center axis l2 of the body 4 on the reflecting surface of the reflector 2. Accordingly the point P, i.e., the intersection between the axes l1 and l2 has no splacement by the rotation of the reflector 2 or the body 4. Then a pickup direction changing device is set at the position of the reflector 2 so as to position the point P on the optical axis of a lens 1a. When the reflector 2 is turned toward the arrow A or B, the pickup direction of an image pickup device 1 is changed. |
