PURPOSE:To avoid the incapability of delivery due to the partial missing of plural originals or the indistinct address or to eliminate the erroneous delivery, by using a means that omits the inter-original signal, i.e., a cut-off signal of a called station at a calling station. CONSTITUTION:When a mode changeover switch is set at the individual original mode, a called station 2 obtains the receiving originals which are cut from the continuous paper and stacked successively from the lower side in the receiving mode. Then the mode changeover switch is set at the continuous mode, and accordingly a multipage signal MPS which is transmitted with each space between the originals is cut off when a transmitting original 3a is transmitted at a calling state 3. Then the whole part of the original 3a containing plural sheets is transmitted in the form of a lump of picture signals. Thus a continuous receiving original 2a is obtained on the continuous paper at the station 2. |
