PURPOSE:To decrease the number of components and to improve the reliability, by locating a pair of elastic members so that they are bridged over a jacket for an opening angle and extending the opening of the jacket with the elastic force. CONSTITUTION:Guides 18a and 18b with channel shaped cross section are provided to the inserting direction of a jacket 3 from a jacket loading inlet 5 of a player 4, and opening members 19a and 19b sliding in the opening are provided. The members 19a, 19b are provided with an elastic plate 21 having a latch nail 20 at the tip and they are movable incorporatedly with a link plate 22. When the jacket 3 is loaded, the opening tip is inserted and latched to a latch 26 formed with the latch nail 20, and an electromagnetic solenoid 24 is operated in this state, and the opening of the jacket 3 is opened through the elastic force of the members 19a and 19b. |
