PURPOSE:To eliminate the variance of pattern pitch, by patterning one or both faces of a reed frame in a hoop band. CONSTITUTION:Both faces of a reed frame 5 are patterned as shown in figure by 10 for the purpose of dispersing the residual strain in materials. A single patterns is a square cone or pyramid, and many these patterns are arranged to pattern the frame 5. A compression stress in the plane is generated as shown by arrows 12 by patterning, and the effect where the deflective stress remaining the surface of elastic materials is dispersed or cancelled by the generated stress is expected. A compression stress 12 going toward the center of the plate thickness is generated to disperse or cancel the deflective stress remaining in elastic materials. Consequently, the banding displacement of a hoop band which is generated conventionally is solved. |
