PURPOSE:To make it possible that a customer receives cash without his seal, by lapping a refund bill over a cash card to insert them from a card insertion entrance when he cannot receive from a cash dispenser. CONSTITUTION:When the cash payment is impossible though a customer inputs required information through a cash card 7 and a keyboard 3, he lapps a refund bill 8 over the cash 7 and inserts them from an insertion entrance 9. Then, they are detected by an insertion detecting sensor 19 to drive a feeding system, and the cash card 7 and the refund bill 8 are fed and are distributed, and the refund bill 8 is removed from the cash card 7, and required information are read out from the cash card 7 and the refund bill 8; and when a prescribed relation is satisfied, cash is paid from a dispenser 5. Consequently, the customer can receive cash without his seal. |
