摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To automatically set an optimum sampling pitch by shaping a wave- form through eliminating high-frequency components at the outside of a sampling control region. CONSTITUTION:An actually measured analog value 1 has a wave-form containing considerably many high-frequency components. A primary shaping wave- form 3 is obtained by eliminating the high-frequency components from the original wave-form by passing through a low-pass filter 2. The wave-form is then passed through a vector analysing circuit 4 which gives an occurrence frequency curve (power spectrum) based on each frequency component. A secondary shaping wave-form 5 is obtained by picking up the frequencies within <=3delta range wherein delta is a standard deviation and noise regions are defined by regarding >=3delta frequencies as noises and by shaping the primary wave-form through arranging the picked-up frequencies in a time-series order. Controlling characteristics in sampling control is highly improved as the final wave-form is shaped in wave-form where noises in addition to high-frequency components are eliminated.</p>
