PURPOSE:To obtain the characteristics equal to those obtained by using a germanium diode, by giving the full-wave rectification to an input signal through a linear wave detecting circuit and a rectifying circuit using a silicon diode respectively. CONSTITUTION:The input signal is supplied to the inphase input terminal of an amplifier IC12 in a rectifying circuit 3 using a silicon diode D13 via a half-wave linear wave detecting circuit 2 using the silicon diodes D11 and D12. At the same time, the input signal is also supplied to the adverse-phase terminal of the amplifier IC12. Thus a full-wave rectifying output is obtained. This output receives the integration through a resistance R1S and a capacitor 5 to be converted into the control voltage having a desired control time constant. In such constitution of the circuit, the excellent characteristics can be obtained by means of a silicon diode like the use of a germanium diode. |
