PURPOSE:To reduce the burden in a power supply circuit, by providing a magnetic thin film magnetically coupled with a magnetic reluctance element and forming a closed loop. CONSTITUTION:When a DC current flows to a conductive film 2 for a bias magnetic field current, a magnetic field as shown in solid arrow lines is generated. A magnetic reluctance element 4 and a magnetic thin film 7 for bias are magnetized with this magnetic field and they are mutually coupled to form a closed loop. Thus, the diamagnetic field in the magnetic reluctance element 4 is smaller in comparison with conventional elements using the element 4 only and effective bias can be attained with a low bias current. |
