PURPOSE:To perform soldering of high quality without giving any thermal influence upon the work in the stage of soldering the work with a wire solder by cutting the wire solder to a constant length in a heating tool then heating the same for a short time. CONSTITUTION:In the case of soldering an element such as a quartz oscillator of the properties vulnerable to influence of heat, a wire solder 1 is fed with feed rollers 2 into a heating tool 4 through the conduction hole of a cutter 3 until it contacts the lead wire 7 of an element 6 to be soldered. The cutter 3 is moved on the tool 4 in sliding contact therewith to cut the solder 1 by as much as the thickness of the tool 4. Following to this, pulse currents are flowed for about 1sec to the tool 4 to melt the cut wire solder. The soldering parts of the lead wire 7 and a circuit substrate 5 are heated by the heat of the tool 4, and the circuit 5 and the wire 7 are soldered in an extremely short time. |
