COMPOSITE MATERIAL FOR LITHOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide captioned composite material adapted for a soft printing by providing a thermoplastic resin layer, and an aluminum foil layer having polymerizing and rolling rough surface and anodic oxidation film with excellent printing durability and printing ability. CONSTITUTION:A publicly known anodic oxidation is performed on an aluminum foil 1 having 20-80mum of thickness having rough surface of the range of 0.2- 0.4mum of average depth obtained at the polymerized surface side by rolling a thermoplastic resin sheet 2 superposed with two aluminum sheets at the manufacturing time, thereby obtaining an objective composite material.
