PURPOSE:To attain a stable alignment with a short settling time with an accurate speed control, by forming a specified signal from a position signal of a cylinder and applying this signal to a speed instruction signal which is stepwise changed for the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A position signal 51 which changes a triangle wave having the center of change at a cylinder position is converted into a rectified output 52 at a full-wave rectifier 1, with a positive polarity and positive slope at the first half of cylinders, and with positive polarity and negative slope at the latter half of the cylinders. A voltage -Ep of opposite polarity to a peak voltage Ep of the output 52 is received from a constant voltage circuit 3 through a resistor R1, and the output 52 is applied to an operational amplifier 4 shifted for the level by +Ep and converted into a positive slope pickup position signal 55. The signal 55 is synthesized through an analog switch 6 and the output 52 through an analog switch 7 to obtain a smoother output 56 having the same positive slope and rate output between the cylinders. This output 56 is applied to the speed instruction changed stepwise at each cylinder. |
