PURPOSE:To supply always a band plate as front materials and to improve the quality of electric welded tubes, by making a C type hook movable in two directions and providing a pair of upper and lower band plate coil grippers rotatably on the C type hook. CONSTITUTION:A guarder 24 and a trolley 26 are moved to store an endmost coil 9 into the inside of a hook 28. An upper V block 33 is allowed to fall to grasp the coil 9 between upper and lower blocks 30 and 33, and the guarder 24 is moved to take out the coil from a rotor. If the taken-out coil 9 is front materials, the coil 9 is loaded on a mandrel device in the side of a pinch roll 8 as it is. If the coil is back materials, a spline shaft 37 is rotated at 180 deg. by a motor, and the coil 9 is loaded on a mandrel device 7 distant from the pinch roll 8. The upper V block 33 is allowed to rise, and the gurder 24 is moved to the unloader side. These operations are repeated to make always the loading attitude of the coil 9 constant. That is, the band plate supplied from the pinch roll 8 is always front materials. |
