The present invention provides an economic brewing process wherein the malt practically prior to mashing is treated with hydrogen peroxide to eliminates undesirable bacterial contamination which, it has now been foound, plays a significant role in haze formation. Consequently, use of the usual required and the products exhibit excellent physical stability and flavour characteristics. |
