PURPOSE:To obtain the titled mounting member with which optical devices (parts) can be attached or detached smoothly and which is resistant against abrasion by constituting the mounting surface with a porous metallic sintered material into which a solid lubricant is impregnated. CONSTITUTION:In the course of manufacturing, for example, a bayonet mount of cameras, a metallic powder (e.g.: powder of JIS-SUS 316L series stainless steel) is mixed with a powder lubricant and a pore-increasing agent, and the mixture is compression-formed. Then the compression-formed product is heated at about 400-450 deg.C and the powder lubricant and the pore-increasing agent are removed. After the agents are removed, the product is sintered for about 1hr about 1,150 deg.C and a formed material 12 having about 0.1-0.15 porosity is formed. Thereafter, the formed material 12 is immersed in the solution of a solid lubricant (e.g.: polytetra-fluoroethylene) and the minute pores are impregnated with the solid lubricant. Then the formed material 12 is subjected to sizing works and machinings, and thus, a bayonet mount 2 in which a mounting surface 6 and a bayonet click 4 are united to one body is formed (8 of the diagram is a hole for fitting screw and 10 is stepped section). |
