PURPOSE:To prevent a wire from cutting off and to connect stably, by supporting the wire between a spool and a tool, and drawing out compulsorily to the tool. CONSTITUTION:In the beginning, an arm 1 end is at the top, a switch 7 ''OFF'', a solenoid 9 inoperative, between an end surface 1' and an end surface of plate spring 2' open, and a wire 13 free. When a motor 3 is driven, a cam 6 turns the switch 7 ''ON'', the solenoid 9 becomes operative, the wire 13 is supported between the surfaces 1' and 2'. The arm 1 descends for a certain distance as a fulcrum of a pin 10 due to a cam mechanism 4-5 to draw down the wire compulsorily. It stops descending at the bottom due to the cam mechanism 4-5 to turn the switch 7 ''OFF'', demagnetize the solenoid, and set the wire 13 free.
