PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a diameter of a motor by disposing linear poles at both sides of a rotor, providing a yoke which are coupled at the respective one ends of both poles, and winding a stator coil on the yoke. CONSTITUTION:A pair of linear poles 2, 3 are disposed in parallel with a rotor shaft 10 at both sides of a rotor 9. The one ends of both the poles 2, 3 are coupled with a linear yoke 4, and stator coils 7, 8 are wound on the yoke 4. Since a magnetic flux is produced when a current flows through the coils 7, 8, a torque is produced between the coils and an armature current, and the rotor 9 will rotate. The armature reaction can be reduced by providing an air gap between stator cores 1 by dividing a stator core 1 into two core segments. |
