PURPOSE:To obtain the subject product by treating an extract produced by boiling scallop with adenylic acid deaminase to convert the adenylic acid in the scallop to inosinic acid. CONSTITUTION:The objective product can be obtained by bringing an extract produced by boiling scallop into contact with 5'-adenylic acid deaminase. Specifically, 1l of the extract is incorporated with 50-100 units of 5'-adenylic acid deaminase followed by reaction at 25-30 deg.C for 5-10min. |
