PURPOSE:To obtain a foamed mold product having a dense surface layer on one face, by filling with a molding material an inside of a mold to which a temperature distribution is given, soldifying it at a low temperature part of the mold and shaping a dense layer, then foaming by opening the mold. CONSTITUTION:A moldig material 3 is filled in a mold cavity shaped between a core 2 set at a enough low temperature and a cavity mold 1 set at a relatively high temperature and a dense surface layer 4 is formed at a contacting part of the molding material 3 and the core 2, then, the mold is opened by a certain size, a pressure inside the cavity is lowered and the remaining unsolidified molding material 3 is foamed. By this a foamed mold product having a dense surface layer can be molded efficiently by filling only once the mold cavity with the molding material. |
