PURPOSE:To reduce the manhours in a job side and to enhance the quality of the construction. CONSTITUTION:A floor panel 2, a wall panel 3 planted at one side edge A1 of the floor panel 2, and a partition panel 4 planted at the other side edge A2 of the floor panel 2, a bath room partition wall 5 which joins the wall pane 3 and the partition wall panel 4 so as to divide the upper surface of the floor panel 2 into a bath room part 7 and the wash part 9, and a wash part partition wall 6 planted at a side edge A3 of the floor panel 2 on the wash part 9 side, are integrally incorporated one another. Further, a wash unit 11 and a bath unit 10 are located in the wash part 9 and the bath room part 7, respectively, and further, a bath room board 12 is provided at a side edge on the bath room part 7 side. |
