PURPOSE:To manufacture a resin panel under a favorable working environment with good productivity, by ultrasonic-welding a soft pad composed of an olefine type resin material to a rigid core composed of the olefine type resin material. CONSTITUTION:A soft pad 1 is shaped by fusion-bonding (or adhering) a soft skin sheet 2 composed of an olefin type resin material to a soft foamed sheet 3 of polypropylene, polyethylene etc. Then, the soft pad 1 of a predetermined shape of which a peripheral part of the soft skin sheet 2 is cut so as to protrude from a peripheral part of the soft foamed sheet 3 is placed on a rigid core material 4 (e.g. an instrument panel for an automobile) made of an olefine type composite material and a peripheray of the soft skin sheet 2 is welded integrally to the rigid core material 4. Thus a resin panel which does not present strangeness at the welded part is shaped. |
