PURPOSE:To facilitate to release a molded article to which a female screw is attached on its inclined face from a mold, by performing positioning of the female screw by making to fit and attract a head of a male screw screwed in the female screw to a magnetic object. CONSTITUTION:A head 52 of a male screw 5 screwed beforehand into a female screw 2 is fitted and attracted in a conical concave part of a magnetic object 4 fitted to a mold face having an inclination to a mold releasig direction A in a state in which a mold 11 is opened. Then, a molding material is supplied into the mold. When a molded article 6 is parted from the mold 11, the molded article 6 is drawn to the mold releasing direction A after releasing the mold. Because the concave part of a magnetic object 4 is made to have an angle so as not to form an undercut, the head of the male screw 5 can be parted from the magnetic object 4 to the mold releasing direction A and the molded article 6 can b parted. After parting from the mold the male screw 5 is parted from the female screw 2. |
